Education

Dr. Green is a 2003 graduate of Life University's College of Chiropractic. He earned his BA at SUNY College at Brockport in upstate New York.

Prior to going into private practice, Dr. Green was employed by the Chiropractic Care and Sports Rehab Center of Amsterdam NY working in affiliation with the Depts of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Occupational Medicine and Sports Medicine at Amsterdam Memorial Hospital, Amsterdam, New York.

July 2013

Dr. Green passes the FMCSA federal DOT examination and becomes a Certified DOT Medical Examiner.

June 2013

CCRC becomes a Medicare Accredited Facility. Dr. Green may now distribute DME, back supports, knee braces, and ankle braces to his Medicare patients.

June 2010

Dr. Green earns accreditation with Team CME of Pendleton, Oregon. He is an accredited commercial motor vehicle medical examiner and can perform DOT/CDL physicals, UA drug screens, and breath-alcohol testing for drivers.

November 2009

Dr. Green receives membership to the Florida Chiropractic Association Sports Council. He is an active volunteer with the Florida Senior Games annual championships in December.

August 2009

Dr. Green completes his PES, Performance Enhancement Specialist, with NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

August 2007

Dr. Green is certified in the technique of Manipulation Under Anesthesia. He performs these procedures with acute and chronic pain patients in conjunction with pain management and/or an anesthesiologist.

Dr. Green is the team chiropractor for the Florida Eels Junior Hockey as well as the Naples Rugby Football Club. He has treated numerous professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes from the U.S., Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa.

A member of the 2000 USA Rugby Super League Champions, Life University Running Eagle Rugby Football Club, Dr. Green has played and coached rugby since 1990. He is currently on a long break from rugby—his wife calls it "retirement."

Dr. Green is married to Dr. Giroux. They have two beautiful boys, Townson Michael and Ryder Davis, and their lovely daughter, Nola Riley Scarlett.

I recently took my mom to see Dr. Green for softwave therapy on her torn shoulder. Dr. Green was so thorough and explained to us what was going on in my mom's shoulder and how the softwave therapy helps provide some relief before surgery as well as suggestions on questions to ask when seeing the surgeon. He spent a lot of time with my mom, which was so impressive, because my mom is from out of town and he knew she would only be able to come in twice that week and would not be a frequent client. Because of this I was expecting Dr. Green to be in and out quickly and collect his money but that was not the case. I recommend Dr. Green because he is very thorough and caring. If I ever need chiropractic services for myself I will definitely go to Chiropractic Care & Rehab Center!

Oh my goodness, I can’t even say enough good things about this place! I had a headache for two days, my neck was just stuck, and it felt like my head was jammed, I was miserable! My regular chiropractor couldn’t get me in on the 1st day of my headache, could not get it to release on day 2 in the morning! So I went in hot pursuit of anyone that could help. They got me right in that afternoon and treated me. Dr. Green and his staff actually listened to me explain my symptoms. Did an adjustment like I’ve never had in my life, within minutes my headache started to lift immediately, and it was completely gone within an hour or so! Needless to say, if you are ever in the Estero area and your neck or back hurts, this is the ONLY place to go!
